At Mausam Artwork, we offer free delivery on all orders above ₹650, while a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on orders below this amount. All our products are thoughtfully handcrafted by our small team with great attention to detail, which is why orders typically require a processing time of 2–5 business days before dispatch. This allows us to carefully create and prepare each item to ensure the highest quality. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery timelines will vary depending on your location. During festive seasons or major promotions, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date, you may contact us at sales@themaevastore.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be rerouted. If we are unable to meet your requested delivery timeline, we will inform you in advance.

For most serviceable PIN codes, delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, remote locations, courier issues, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. While we partner with reliable courier services and Speed Post to ensure safe and timely delivery, Mausam Artwork is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or external factors. In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to issues such as inaccessibility of the location, courier limitations, or force majeure events, we will notify you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.
