Refund Policy
At Mausam Artwork, all our candles are carefully handcrafted with attention to detail, making each piece unique and delicate. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, in case your candle arrives damaged, melted, broken, or with torn packaging due to transit, we offer a replacement. To be eligible, you must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery as proof. Claims for damage or shortages must be reported on the same day of delivery via email at hello_richa84@yahoo.com (please update to your Mausam Artwork email if needed). Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused after the product has been successfully delivered.
Since candles are a personal and sensory product, variations in fragrance preference, minor imperfections, or slight wax variations are natural and should not be considered defects. If you are unsatisfied with the scent or design, we welcome your feedback, but refunds or returns will not be applicable in such cases. For approved cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after verification, and the amount will be credited within 4 to 5 business days.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If a delivery is refused, the package will be returned to us, and after inspection, a refund or replacement may be processed depending on the condition of the product.
We only offer replacements or refunds if the wrong candle is delivered or if there is a genuine damage or manufacturing defect, verified through proper photo or video proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. Returns will also not be accepted if the candle has been used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging. In case a return is required for a damaged product, customers may be asked to arrange the return shipment unless stated otherwise.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us with your order details, issue description, and supporting unboxing video or images. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide a resolution. All replacements are subject to stock availability; if the same candle is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
